Jarom founded Manwaring Web Solutions in 2000. Prior to managing Manwaring Web Solutions full-time, Jarom worked for Hewlett-Packard for twelve years, the last six as a Global Training Program Manager. While at Hewlett-Packard Jarom gained valuable experience in project and program management, leading cross-organizational teams, managing technical projects and people, and effectively communicating with company executives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

When not at work Jarom is actively involved with his family, community, and church. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Elena, and four kids. Jarom loves college football, traveling, backpacking and wildlife photography.
